VILLA e Associati with Sitalberghi s.r.l. in the acquisition of a majority stake in Bologna Sport Center s.r.l.
VILLA & Associati assisted Sitalberghi s.r.l., a company specialised in tourism investments and a subsidiary of SRI Group, in the acquisition of the majority stake in the share capital of Bologna Sport Center s.r.l., owner of the historical sports centre “Torreverde” in Castelmaggiore (BO).
The corporate transaction is part of a more complex relaunch plan for the sports centre, which envisages the valorisation, restructuring and renovation of the existing facilities (13 padel courts, 2 five-a-side football pitches, 1 seven-a-side football pitch, swimming pool, 2 bars and 1 restaurant, as well as large changing rooms).
With its majority stake in the share capital of Bologna Sport Center s.r.l., SRI Group aims to return to the Bologna community one of its places of worship and recreate a point of reference, social interaction, training, and growth for several generations and sports enthusiasts.
