VILLA & Associati, in partnership with Studio Legale Mazzanti, assisted Intellera Consulting S.p.A., a pioneer in organisational consultancy and specialised in the provision of professional services of excellence to institutions, administrations and companies, in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Economisti Associati s.r.l., a consultancy and economic studies company that has been active for over 20 years in supporting the internationalisation strategies of public and private clients in over 70 countries worldwide.

The acquisition of Economisti Associati, engaged in SME development projects in emerging countries, sector studies and market analyses, feasibility studies and business planning, cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analyses, and support for institutional development, is part of a broader framework of growth and international development of Intellera Consulting S.p.A., aimed at defining trends on the future of digitalisation of public services to European citizens.

The financial and tax profiles were handled by Studio Zannini e Associati, with a team comprising partner Vieri Zannini and associates Gaia Brentani and Sara Muccino.
