The shareholders’ meeting of VILLA e Associati STA approved the annual financial statements as at 31.12.2023, which showed a profit of around 13.6 per cent and a positive net financial position on the rise compared to the previous year.

The Shareholders’ Meeting also resolved on the distribution of profits among the shareholders and approved the remuneration policy for directors and shareholders with strategic responsibilities for the financial year 2024.
