The VILLA & Associati shareholders’ meeting approved the new policy document for the improvement of welfare policies in support of employees and their families, for the support of those most in need and for gender equality within the Firm’s organisation chart.

VILLA & Associati has resolved to equip itself with gender equality certification in accordance with the UNI 125:2022 Reference Practice, a measure introduced to provide concrete tools to assess, measure and quantify the internal mechanisms of organisations aimed at guaranteeing effective equality and equity between the two genders, both in terms of culture and training, and in terms of quantity and remuneration, with a view to progressively improving the work-life balance.
