The Law Firm assists some of the most important national credit institutions, especially in the recovery of non-performing loans.

In addition, the Firm collaborates on an ongoing basis with leading credit institutions and companies registered in the Single Register of Financial Intermediaries pursuant to Article 106 of the Consolidated Law on Banking, providing consultancy and assistance for the extrajudicial and judicial collection of entire portfolios of impaired loans on behalf of national credit institutions and securitisation vehicles pursuant to Law No. 130/1999.

In the performance of debt collection activities (unsecured and mortgage loans), the Firm is able to guarantee rapid management of real estate and movable enforcement procedures throughout the country, directly through its own professionals or through its network of correspondents.

Over the last few years, the Firm has been involved in all major transactions in the field of Non Performing and Unlikely to Pay loans, assisting originators, investors and servicers in the disposal of both large portfolios of different types and individual assets.
